American Idol is one of the most popular hits on TV and seems to be enjoying a reinvigoration with new judges Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez. But, the Fox talent spectacle may have a bit of explaining to do, as one fan claims she was the victim of discrimination and downright rudeness when she attended last Thursday's results show when Pia Toscano was eliminated from the competition.
